Hello My name is Tanyan Wal and we bought our rental home in Anthem @ Merrill Ranch 5 years ago.  The last 2 years we have been here more as our commercial construction company is developing 40 acres for the City of Maricopa. I decided to get my Real Estate license here as well since I have had my license in ID for 18 years in ID. We have loved being in the community and everyone has been sooo welcoming. My husband and I have been married for 12 years and have 2 furbabies (dogs) who are like our kids. We enjoy traveling, taking the dogs for walks, and entertaining with our friends and family. We are both born and raised in ID but really love the warm weather and palm trees/cacti in az. As we like to say to ur ID friends  “You don’t have to shovel sunshine”  Not fond of the snow anymore. I enjoy shopping, hiking, paddleboarding, golfing, volunteering in the community,  and girls nights in my spare time. I am excited to be a part of the chamber and look forward to getting to know everyone.
