|I retired after 35 years in the travel industry and moved to Florence, Arizona in 2017. I became interested in ceramic art and my hobby has evolved over the past 4 years to the point that I would like to share my artwork in the community. I enjoy creating art that reflects the Sonoran Desert landscape. I have also completed Duncan University classes and I am a certified ceramic instructor. If you have interest in my artwork it is displayed and available for purchase at the McFarland State Park Gift Shop located at 24 W Ruggle St. Florence AZ 85132. I also have an ETSY account. My ETSY shopname is CeramicArtByKathy.|

The Sun Catchers are made with facet cut glass, glass, and crystals some with accents of natural stone and vintage pieces of jewelry, also made from antique fence post finials, antique door knobs, antique springs, and anything unusual I can find. The Wall hangings are made with organic mixed media: woods, metals, natural stone, and anything else my imagination can see, wrap it’s self around, and create.
