I am an artist that has learned much of my craft through others and trial and error. I have always had a love for art from an early age. I have learned many different crafts over my lifetime. I found glass art about 5 years ago and I got addicted. This medium is so versatile, but you are not always in control of the outcome. I live in Casa Grande and would someday love to open my own shop

I started when I was living in North Carolina stringing jewelry. When I moved to Arizona, I joined a ladies jewelry group and began making beaded jewelry from patterns. It just grew from there. I now make jewelry usually from a pattern, but I have learned to customize it from sharing techniques and experimenting. They tell me that I am very talented at putting colors together. Sometimes you just have to give something a Southwest flair.  I’ve been beading for at least 7 years here in Arizona.

I am blessed to have grown up at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains in Sheridan, Wyoming, where I gained an appreciation for nature.  Retirement brought me to Arizona, where the beauty of the desert became my new love for nature.  I work in three mediums:  fused glass, clay and copper, and I often combine these elements.

After spending 20 years doing commercial machine embroidery, I changed to pictorial embroidery during the pandemic. I quickly fell in love with creating framed embroidered pictures, with an emphasis on Western scenes.

I am a home based fused glass artist.  I started learning and making fused glass in 2019. As the time went, I grew more interested in fusing glass.  The ideas are endless as to what you can make with glass.

Arizona born and raised inspired to do and to be different and help others. I believe crystals can bring joy and even healing properties. I hand make all the jewelry (the non-drilled ones take extra work and brainstorming).
