Sun Life is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 community health center providing comprehensive primary care services to the Town of Florence, as well as other Pinal county communities. Our mission is to deliver affordable, accessible and high quality health services, wellness and education to all people. Our family practice office in Florence offers a multiple provider team, as well as, integrated behavioral health, diabetes education and a full-service pharmacy open to the public. Sun Life aims to the meet the individual needs of its communities and we are proud to be a partner of the Town of Florence.
