San Tan Valley Fit Body Boot Camp is here to help you! Our motivating Afterburn workouts are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and help members burn more fat in 30 minutes than traditional workouts. Our certified staff will coach you in a motivating group setting where achieving results is a challenge, but one that comes easily. We work hard to create a non-intimidating environment where people of all experience levels can sweat their way to success, and we can’t wait for you to join our supportive fitness community.
One of the common questions we get here at Fit Body Forever (FBF) is will I be able to participate in the workouts despite the fact that I have not worked out in a very long time? Will it be too hard for me? Will I be able to keep up?
Our answer is as long as you are cleared by your MD (if needed) to workout, we can definitely help you out! This is because there are people that have not worked out consistently (this may be you!) to someone that has worked out frequently and is looking for a workout suited for their needs.
That is exactly what FBF is! We are a *FAI (Functional Aging Institute) certified and approved location! FAI is the largest organization in the world dedicated to improving the health and function of adults 55+
This means we will keep you safe, we will modify exercises as needed, and address any injuries/past injuries that you might have. Your workouts will take place in a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere with the adults 55+ just like you.
